For items shipped from our Miami Warehouse FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
You have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return in exchange for a store credit or another item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice or order number.
Damages and Defects
Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your return is accepted, print a return shipping label from your preferred provider and send it back to us. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a 1901 COLLECTION STORE CREDIT in the form of a coupon code emailed to you for the amount of your original purchase less shipping and tax. Store credits are good for THREE (3) MONTHS from original date of purchase.
